Join us on March 17th at 7:45 pm at Temple Shalom for Gloomy Sunday which takes place in Budapest in the thirties. A restaurant owner hires a pianist to play in the restaurant. Both men fall in love with a beautiful waitress who inspires the pianist to write his only composition, Gloomy Sunday. His song sets off a chain of suicides and the fragile balance of the relationships is sent off kilter when a German falls in love with the waitress too. The film ends in a true whodonit style.
