The first thing you must do is check with the Calendar Coordinator to make sure the date of your event is available. The Coordinator is Karen Prezioso or you may phone her at 350-2165.

After you have cleared the date for your event, please read the rest of this document and complete the forms as thoroughly as you can. We are here to help you with any questions or problems you might have. We want you to be successful and have a great event, so do not hesitate to ask for help and advice.

After you complete these forms, please either fax them to 352-748-1804 or deliver it to the Temple for our records and processing.

Then you should contact the following people to arrange for the use of the different parts of our facility. We suggest you use email and ask for a confirming return email so you are sure they received your request and have no questions.

Please make sure all your arrangements are completed and confirmed at least two weeks before your event.

After your event concludes, please complete the End of Function Check List you will receive from the kitchen manager and leave it in the box in the kitchen.
